  Ordered their service with upgrade. I am a Realtor who has specific compliance requirements to avoid fines from my state board. Three different people at this company have assured me that I will not get a fine even though my corporate compliance officer indicates the ad is not compliant. I asked to cancel and they agreed to give me the month's worth of charges back but not the set up fee of $95. So basically, I paid $95 for a noncompliant ad. Beware of your board regulations before ordering.**************

  We are very sorry to see you go. We offered to make all the changes and adjustments to make your ad compliant before launching and going live which you refused and demanded a full refund. Per our agreement and terms and conditions we do not provide refunds normally due to the work involved in getting the account secure, ad team spending hours on your ads, and the time that we pay for in the begginning to get your account live. We decided to be very generous because we value your business and go against our standard practice and provided you with a full refund of the service cost and only kept ***** to help cover the cost of time you took from our support staff to develop your ad campaign. I feel this attack on our firm is unfair and should be removed from the BBB as we went above and beyond when we were within our full rights to provide 0. We do wish to work with you again and we hope you see how his affects small businesses like ours. Thank you have a great day!

  ***** and his team have been helping our business over the last 3 months. We have seen an increase in traffic. We created a landing page for the ****** ads so that it would be clear as to interactions specifically for this campaign. I am happy with the results. Thank you team for being flexible and even adjusting the ads based on the performance.

  They made a lot of claims about what they could do to grow my business on the internet and so far it has been a complete waste of money for 6 months. I cant find any information or a way to contact them of course! I have never gotten an email from them or any contract to validate the charge so now I have to cancel my credit card so they cant charge it anymore! What a low life scammer company- definitely not above board!

  It has taken a long time to find a marketing agency that makes any effort to learn the subtle nuances of our renegade business; we were constantly pitched cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all formats for a niche company that operates way outside the norm.*********************** and his team at Focus LLC did more in four weeks to exponentially elevate our brand and increase new clients 3-fold than any previous campaign did in 3 months.
