    Company was contracted in 10/2022 for ****************** re-design Content creation On site and off site optimization 28 terms during the year $1,550/monthly for ****** total for this work. $800 additional for 10 FB templates Concern was raised during the onboard discussion regarding "ownership" of brand and documents as this was an existing website. We were referred to the part of the contract stating our website design graphics and photos shall be transferred to the customer. At no time was the clause in the contract called out where they remove all of their work should we leave their employ. There was no discussion during the work throughout the year, where we were told that ALL of their work was proprietary and if we leave basically we've spent almost $20K for nothing. Worse than nothing, as their removal of their "proprietary plug ins" causes the company website to tank in rankings and to perform WORSE than it did prior to hiring them. No sane person would EVER sign up for that - it would be a waste of money and time, and forever handicapping you to keep paying this company as if a hostage. . This type of predatory work should be stopped. Our new web designer said it was one of the WORST acts of this he's ever seen. Someone was literally paid to ruin our website and ****** analytics after we left their employment.

    Having been in business for over 15 years, we pride ourselves on delivering results that last. During our partnership, we successfully increased your site traffic from 66 hits to 266 hits per month. Our screenshots from industry tools confirm that your traffic remained steady at 286 hits until July 2024, when *********** hired a new designer. The very next month after your new designer asked us for access to some tools, the site dropped in traffic to almost what your traffic was when we started.  This was after holding steady for over 7 months.   That in no way points to any wrong doing on our part. We also want to mention that this was now the 3rd individual given access to your site, that we know of, since you left EWS.  


    The decline in traffic following these changes highlights the importance of experience in managing an online presence.
