I was admitted three times in one month. I was having ****************** with plan, and was admitted all three times. The problem was never solved. I was discharged suicidal, and when I held the psychiatrist accountable I got got busted. I had no problem with the ***'s or the nurses. My issue was the telehealth shrink. That shrink should be fired for releasing someone suicidal. I agree that some accountability needs to be held here. I think they should be more careful what shrinks they hire. I can't believe they never took me seriously with the suicide stuff. I ended up in ER with a *************** the day I was released. No accountability is here with the staff. I agree that some of the staff need some training. And management should take complaints a little more seriously. The patient advocate never talk to me either when I complained about the shrink. I got words and no action. Upper management is terrible with complaints and don't listen to anyone. I am stuck in a bad situation now. I have advice to upper management, listen to you patients train your shrinks better. Train your shrinks to actually listen to people. The shrink I had all three times never listened to me. He disregarded everything I said, and I felt my cries for help were never heard by the shrink. So now I am left with a bad situation and my time in treatment wasted. I gave it three chances and my cries for help were never heard.

Unprofessional. Front Desk staff tries to intimidate you and make you feel like an inconvenience for checking in to get help. Front desk staff laughs at and mocks those that are checking in for detox. They will make you wait for hours without checking in with you or giving you any updates during the admissions/intake process. If you ask them for a meal/food they just laughed, roll their eyes, and continue to blow you off. If you care for yourself and you need help or a loved one needs help, do not choose this facility. Their treatment left me feeling suicidal and wanting to relapse on my addiction.
