I took a laptop into this business for repair. The screen went out completely. It was only 15 months old. I was charged $631 for screen and labor. It worked fine but then started going out again about 6 weeks later. Owner refused to refund my money or do anything else. He said to contact the manufacturer of the screen, and that he was not able to get another one. He seemed to care more about the fact he was charged $585 for the screen but when I asked him why they were not standing behind it, he really gave no answer. He just stated he was unable to do anything else and that I could try contacting a manufacturer. Because Im disabled, just getting through my day is a challenge. He also posted false information in response to a review I posted on ******* stating that I brought the laptop in with a cracked broken screen and that it was outside the 90 day warranty. However, he had taken photos and emails previously that there was zero outside damage to the laptop when I brought it in. When I notified him the screen was going out again, it had been less than six weeks and I sent video showing the banding the screen was doing, exactly The same as before i paid him to fix it. Now ** having to spend another $468 to have geek squad repair it. I just the cost of the screen refunded. I m not worried about the $45 in labor. The cost was $585, according to him. I have extensive emails documenting everything.
