Through BODI (BeachBody) I purchased a bike from CORE Health & Fitness. In February 10th 2025, my bike stopped working. The Bike Sensor wouldn't connect. I reached out to ********* and they told me to by a new Bike Monitor. I spent $100 for a new sensor. I realized that with the new item, the bike wouldn't work. I reached out again to **** and they said they would reach out to their CORE Team to get a resolution. I was sent an email to send the bike serial number and additional info to see if a repair person could come look at the bike. This happened after a month of back and forth with ****. The email was sent March 7th. I sent the information on the same day and I was told they get back in 48 hours. I have written back numerous times, and at one point had a bounce back. I am at a point where I will blast this company on social media. I just want my bike (costs $1000 CDN) to work! I am not asking for VIP service, but I have run out of options. They have an option to enter your email and get an update on your case - but I had no update on my case at all.

We purchased a refurbished stepmill from Fitness Zone (**** ****************, suite 800 in **********, ** *****) on 12/5/22. The stepmill was delivered, but did not work - there was power to the screen, but it was flashing and there is no capability to use the machine without the monitor working). Upon calling Fitness Zone, they instructed me that it would have to go through the warranty department with Core Health & Fitness, as that is who handles all warranty repairs. On 12/15/22 I finally received information regarding a service appointment - the email offered NO appointment details, only the technician's contact info. I contacted the tech, who then told me we would have to wait until the following week - 12/21 - before he would come out. 16 days from date of purchase, and almost 2 weeks from delivery date of the unusable machine. He came out, ordered a part for the stepmill to be sent to us for us to install (which as fine). The part that arrived arrived on 12/27/22 - 6 days instead of 2 - after the service appointment and was the wrong part. We tried anyways, but it did not solve the problem. I then contacted Core, again, and insisted they send us the correct part. That part arrived on Dec 30/31 and DID NOT WORK. I called again on Tuesday 1/4/23 (they were closed until then) and told them they needed to get this fixed. Another work order was created. I received another email with the same tech's info. I messaged him 1/4 to confirm he was coming, and got no reply. Called Core AGAIN. they assured me the tech was coming 1/6/23 by 3pm est and the machine would be fixed today. at 330pm i messaged the tech - he is not coming and cannot come until 1/10/23. Core's phones are currently shut off. We are now stuck with a broken stepmill and no resolution date in sight, as it continues to be pushed back. *Of note, my husband, **** is the purcahser in this situation, while I am the one handling all communication.
