    On October 21st, 2022 around 12:35pm, I was driving north on I-5. I have a medical condition that causes frequent nose bleeds, so I was itching/cleaning my ****** nose. I then noticed the Gutter Empire van keeping pace with me so an employee could laugh and point at me. I tried to ignore, but they kept pace for a while and kept harassing/bullying me until I started snapping photos. I contacted the owner, *******, via text and VM (have proof of that, and sent him the photos of his employees). I really just wanted an apology, and to know he would address the issue with his employees. He totally ignored me, so I posted my review to a well known review platform, but he then lied and said hed never heard of me in order to have my review removed. I think it is important for homeowners to hear this so they can decide if they would trust these people to be working on their house and looking into their windows. I also thinks it demonstrates a lack of integrity that the owner lied. I would not trust someone who lies like that.

    You are correct this is very unprofessional conduct, which we took very seriously. We had a talk not only with the employees from that van, but also with our other crews. This is unacceptable behavior which our company will take seriously every time. Please accept our apology.
