    Please be aware of this company. There were a number of issues with this company from day one (i.e. communication was often lacking and we had to call numerous times to get a response to many project answers, we were quoted a project that should have lasted 8 to 12 weeks and it spanned 11 months from groundbreaking to finish). Both parties were very glad to be done with the project and I was ready to move on and be done with it, without even wanting to waste time on a review. I finally decided to write one based on a last communication regarding a warranty question, to which we got the following response:"From: ********************Date: Tue, Feb 21, 2023, 9:30 AM Subject: Re: Warranty Fix To: **** S Good day ****,No, it was absolutely not damaged by us, we had so many eyes scrutinizing every fine detail there is no way this was missed. This is not covered by warranty and we are not interested in doing any other work on your property."There was damage to a cabinet door and we were trying to see if it was covered. Mind you, this cabinet was removed after completely being installed because they had to punch 3 large holes in the completed, painted wall since their workers couldn't find the junction box that was covered with drywall. I guess those eyes that were scrutinizing everything forgot about that detail. As for any of the other work they are refusing to do on our property, I guess we no longer get our 1 year warranty??I was told that this response was dictated by the owner, ****. Whether that is actually true or not doesn't matter, as no one in a business setting should feel they have the right to respond to a warranty question with that amount of disrespect and unprofessional behavior.
