  I had searched for a replacement window for a home I am remodeling...Lastech Plus had not only a great price but superior service. I worked with Keyo on my order and both Keyo and ******* on delivery. What was amazing was the fact that it was to deliver on a specific day and ******* had drivers out sick. Guess what? The Owner himself drove over 2 hours to my location and made the delivery himself!!! So much Appreciated!! Thank You to ********, Keyo and *******!!! You all Rock!!!*****

  I contacted *********************** of Lastech Plus Windows and Doors out of *********, ** to get one of 3 quotes to have one window replaced. The glass pack had failed and and the window was all frosted up with hard water deposits; and when it would rain, water would seep in between the panes of glass. ***** told me he would be more than happy to replace the one window. As we talked, I had questions about the window in the garage. There was some plastic trim that was breaking down. This is what was causing mold in the window track. (We thought the mold was dirt deep in the window tracks.) At this point we needed no convincing that the windows had passed their life expectancies. After getting two more quotes, one was R.B.A. ($$$$). We went with *****. The day of the install, the air temp was in the 30's and my wife and I were ready for the cold. Nope, they sealed the window openings with plastic to keep out the cold and dust. The installers worked together so we weren't exposed to the elements. The was no mess inside or out! This was a big deal to the wife. At the end of the project, a window tech came out and checked each window to make sure everything worked properly, and showed us a screen installation. In the past, we have had work done on our home and once the contract was signed we never saw the sales representative again. ***** was there through the whole project. We cant thank him enough. You hear horror stories about people's experiences with contractors with home improvements. Our experience with Lastech Plus was so good we cant stop talking about it!

  Lastech did a phenomenal job with their window installation on the new addition to my home. I am particularly impressed with their work on multiple very large windows on the second story of the house; installation was quick, precise, and relatively cheap for the complexity of the job they performed, truly professional service by people that know what they are doing. Other window companies that I've worked with in the past have never left me with quite the customer satisfaction as I feel with Lastec; I am incredibly glad to have put my trust in them.

  Shady company, poor customer service and they do not back their workmanship of their windows. I had a simple order, and they couldn't even get it right on the acknowledgement and it took dozens of emails and calls to get it right. I had to stay on top of them to get the order completed and delivered. One of the ***'s had a bad clamshell on the edge, which as we know in this industry will eventually cause a crack and it did. Well, they do not warranty their workmanship of the poor glass cut in making the ***. Any other window manufacture takes care of it immediately.I will never work with them again and I advise to whoever reads this to save themselves from a shady and a lack of integrity of a company. I wish you could pick no star because they are not worth a 1-star rating.
