Everything was done on time as expected and even went above and beyond to repair some hidden problems areas that only became visible once the old windows were out. Overall very happy with the finished work.

They came right at 8am, and finished the job within a day! The workers were quick and efficient, and our new roof looks beautiful. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done as well. Definitely would recommend.High Performance Homes Inc

Not a great experience, but the project coordinator took accountability and made up for it in the end. Short story: We had a two day project that was rushed, causing damage to the door trim and security concerns. In the end, we received an apology and a $200 credit for the errors that were made. Long story:We had 5 windows and a back door window installed. The product is great, but the work was definitely rushed. ?The installation was booked for Tue/Wed. Everything was going fine on the first day until about 4 pm when they told me they would have to stay really late or come back next week. I told them we had it booked for two days, but they said they were double booked and could not come back on Wed. I told them it was fine if they stayed late and gave them cookies to show my appreciation. At 6 pm, they asked if they could still come back on Sat. to finish. At 7 pm, when they were cleaning up, I noticed that the back door had no lock on it. They said it was something to do with the screws and they will have to finish it when they come back. That's 3 days with no lock on the door. ? On Wednesday, I noticed a large church from the trim that must have come off and just placed back on the trim, no glue. I asked about the chip on the trim. They said they didn't know. They did offer to replace it, but it would come out of their own pocket. I told them whatever is easier, so they just ended up patching it up and we offered to sand it later. ?I received a call from my project coordinator, who is incredibly kind. I told her everything that happened. She said she was in training and apologized for the error with the scheduling. I really appreciated the honesty and accountability. Later, she emailed me and said she got me a credit of $200 on the project. This was not something I asked for. It was just something she did on her own to make up for the error.The last weird thing was the survey. If you had 4 stars or less, they only want an email and not to take the survey.High Performance Homes Inc
