I think they did a great job and clean up was also good. I am very happy with my siding color and the workers were cooperative and did the little extra things I asked with smiling faces! I would recommend High Performance Homes to any of my friends interested in residing their home!

This is not my first time making improvements to my house. I have had nothing but troubles with Deblla with installation of windows and a roof. When High Performance Homes knocked on my door for siding, I sent them away at first. They came back to ask questions. Reluctantly, I trusted one more company having expectations of fighting, lots of phone calls, lots of arguments, and on and on.What actually happened?1. The dates I got for set up and installation was exactly met!2. Installation was just 3 days!3. The installers worked magic! My house was built in 1949! To my surprise we found challenges like hidden windows covered over, dry rot in the garage, and what ever track of whatever lived there before. They delt with it all. No excuses, no delays. I had leftover new lumber from a fence job. Some other lumber showed up. They even fixed my ex **** repairs. 4. Here is the big one! We could leave the house for appointments, a life to live, we never worried about what was happening while we were gone.5. The bigger one was the walk through inspection of the job to be sure I was happy! ****** ******, when there were issues, he would wave his wand and problems were solved! Did I mention he did it in the same day? Not a week later, not me nagging through phone calls and emails! The Same Day! My house does not look like it was made in the 1940's anymore! My only complaint is now my front door looks terrible now! ?? The house is amazing! Thank you!High Performance Homes Inc

We had a wonderful experience with High-Performance Homes. They installed a new roof on our home. The process went smoothly with no issues. The workers arrived on time and ready to work. To our surprise, the roofing project was only a day and a half from start to finish. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs a new roof.High Performance Homes Inc

I had a wonderful experience with everyone. From the sales project manager (******), the installation ************* the inspector (*****) and the customer relations person (******). 1st day: Delivery of ******************** container. 2nd day: Crew showed up at 07:30 am did a complete teardown of underlayment & old roofing, vents and rotted facia board materials. They installed my premium package project materials, which also included a ridge vent, intake vents and special flashing in addition the great job around the chimney. They also connected my old vent hoses and sealed them properly as they were never connected properly with the old vents. They did a great job of cleaning up of the area around the house. They packed up and left at 06:30 pm. I was surprised they could do all that in one day. Looks great. 3rd day: They picked up the dumpster. Recently got our front siding done by ***. Initial appt took a little long because of delays in getting the loan approved day of (~ 3 hours).Our expectations were set very high based on overwhelmingly positive reviews on ****** and a lot of talk at the initial appt about their contractors being ***** ***** certified to install hardy board (manufacturer has high standards for the installation). Additionally, we were told we were getting a specific job manager who was known by everyone as the best and well liked by all. Lastly, were told that we would be contacted 3x - before, during, and after the job. The overall message was "we're a little pricier than the competition, but it's because you can rest easy knowing the job will be done right, the experience will be good, and you won't have any problems with the final product".Some expectations were met - the work crew was very professional, and were more than willing to communicate and make sure we were getting what we wanted. However, we did not get the favorite job manager as told, and we did not receive stellar communication - had to call the company after ~2 weeks to actually schedule the job, and 2x later on when we called w/ concerns we were told to expect a callback 'soon' and never heard back.There were also some sticking points such as HPH removing our front lights for us but not putting them back on (leaving a hole in the siding), and the dumpster and remaining materials staying in our driveway for a week after the job until we called to ask for them to be removed.However, once we contacted *** customer service, we received A+++ service and had all of our needs addressed (including some we didn't realize we needed!). The director of windows and siding for HPH, ****, came out himself to inspect the work, found several fixes to make that we didn't notice, and got those fixes made as well as the front lights put back up. Above and beyond work to make it right, overall a positive experience in the end.High Performance Homes Inc

The crew was very polite, courteous and above all very professional. The result was a magnificent new roof that I am quite pleased with. Over the years I have had new roofs installed on different houses in different states all professionally done. But *** out did them. Had some scheduling issues and even weather delayed once, but all was worked out, always kept me in the loop and worked with me.High Performance Homes Inc

Despite having some small scheduling issues due to holidays, HPH delivered on a beautiful Job Well-done. The builders were friendly and informative! Would recommend if you are in a pinch like I was with holes in my siding!High Performance Homes Inc
