On 3/9/25 convinced me to hire them for an HVAC tune up. When I checked on the license# a different name came up: Air Pro Heating and Cooling. They performed their service on 3/13/25, after which a supervisor arrived to try to pressure me into a new furnace that I did not need. Failing that, they left a ground wire disconnected on my A/C unit which caused failure of the unit when I first turned it on 2 months later. Same supervisor came out on 5/29/25 and immediately identified the problem as I watched him. He stated that leaving the ground wire disconnected fried my compressor, and they were 100% responsible. Upon installing new compressor on 5/30/25, it did not work. Technician had to call supervisor, after more than an hour, they determined that the new compressor had a bad internal plug. Instead of providing a new plug, they pulled the old plug out of the fried compressor and installed in the new compressor, which enabled the unit to operate. I believe a new plug was warranted. However, the unit is now working satisfactorily. I believe they fraudulently represented themselves as licensed and qualified to perform this work, when in fact, they are unlicensed to perform HVAC or electrical work. They had to R&I my compressor, which I believe requires a licensed electrician. They also fraudulently convinced me to sign a service contract for 2 additional service calls during the next year at a cost of $200.00, knowing full well they are unlicensed and unauthorized to perform this work. I have confirmed with L&I that Service Patriots is NOT a registered ***, does not have a Washington State Business License, Washington State UBI number, nor proper Bond/Insurance under the name Service Patriots. They are, in fact, using another company's license. At the very least, this contractor should be required to reimburse my $200 that was fraudulently obtained. I also reserve the right for any future remedies should I experience any additional problems with my HVAC system.

Date 10/30/2024 There are MANY reviews on ****** describing the exact same experience. They came out, quoted us $30,000 then said we need to get a motherboard replaced. Told us that there is a gas leak, that everything needs replaced. Charged us $99 to look at it, finally I called to get the report and they quoted us $2,000 for the motherboard but said on the phone that there could be other things wrong with it. Mind you, when I asked for the report, all these issues he said were wrong with the furnace, he never wrote down, but we have him on recording saying all these things need to be replaced and that we NEED EVERYTHING done it's a safety issue and we could die from it. Mind you, he said there was a gas leak, I called and asked if he shut off the valve the person on the phone said well he should have he in fact didnt. There was no gas leak! He told is to put our carbon monoxide detector up there, he said he had 30 ears of experience, if he did he would know that gas is Heavier than air and that it would sink. which means putting the detector LOWER in the house. We had someone else come look at it. The lights on the furnace, didnt indicate anything wrong, the only thing that needed replaced was the thermostat!!!! They are shifty and shady! Doing this to multiple people. I want a refund for not only trying to scam us, but didn't diagnose the problem correctly.

This occurred yesterday, February 14th, 2024. I got a flyer for inexpensive furnace maintenance and the employee, ****, proceeded to tell me that my heat exchanger needed to be replaced in my 2019 unit. She showed me that photos that were supposedly of my unit (which had the wrong date). She warned me of the danger of carbon monoxide poisoning and quoted me $4,000 - $6,000 to replace the heat exchanger. I got a second opinion from some local dealers of my furnace and they did a lengthy inspection and said nothing was wrong with the heat exchanger and upon seeing the photos **** sent me, told me that wasnt even my unit. I read some of their ****** reviews and this is consistent with other complaints. This company needs to be stopped! I wish I could take my money back from the inspection and overpriced filter they put in!

*******, I'm really sorry to read your review of your experience with our company and that we failed to provide you the service you deserve. Trane furnaces of that model are known for having cracked heat exchangers, some even come that way from the factory before ever being installed. I am more than happy to refund you the ******. I would love the opportunity to come to your home myself, meet the other company there as well and prove to you there are indeed cracks your heat exchanger in the furnace. The inspection camera **** was using didn't have the current day and time set. **** should have provided you replacement options for the heat exchanger since it has a lifetime part warranty. I understand you don't believe those pictures were from your furnace but they absolutely are. I just need to confirm your mailing address to send the refund check.

On 12/20/2022 we contracted Air Pro Heating and Cooling to do a tune-up on our heating system. I believe the technician ***** didn't do what we paid for. His receipt is barely legible, and I believe when he saw the condition of my heating system, he stopped doing what he was supposed to do. He didn't ask us for a hose to clean our heat pump which is an important part of a tune up. I paid $99.00 for this service, and I should receive a refund.
