I'd leave 0 stars if I could. From the time I signed paperwork until now (23 months later) I have had 7 different site supervisors. The quality of work is extremely poor - wall paint smeared on the ceiling, ceiling paint smeared on the walls; paint splatter on the floor and on the third time they were up to fix the paint, they splattered paint on my piano - drop cloths were never used. The window screens not installed - when I asked for them to be installed, I was told "Most homeowners like to install the screens themselves". There was a crack in the ceiling where the sheet rock was not installed properly. I had to send pictures of the blueprints to prove that the pantry door had been installed backwards. I was told the broken door frame was fixed with a "Bondo job" and would never be noticed. They had to replace the door frame. Would have been easier to do it before everything was moved into the room. I had to fight every step of the way to get the house I paid for and still do not have it. 23 months later, and they are just finishing the trim on the outside of the house. The customer service was terrible. With this company, the customer is NEVER right, and you have to threaten them with a lawyer to get what you paid for. Even then you get cheap, low-quality products. I would rather be homeless than work with Adair Homes Inc again.

We had a home built by Adair in the state of ******. Everything went fairly well and they were timely. The problems came when we realized that the flooring that they put into our home was very low quality. We have not moved into the home yet and there has been little to no traffic through the structure. We have moved a few things in there as far as furniture and appliances. Simple things like sitting on a bar stool has left indentations, marks and even small stress cuts into the flooring. We shifted our refrigerator over a couple of inches to have it sit better in the space and it ripped a large hole in the flooring. Our refrigerator is on wheels. I reached out to a Adair and asked for them to consider repairing the flooring or to replace it since it is obviously very low quality material. I asked for them to stand behind a product that they chose as an option for homes that they build. They not only did not stand behind the product, they dismissed my concerns and simply said that they would not help us. I'm pretty frustrated at this point. We spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to build this home. The structure is beautiful- but if something as essential as flooring is low quality I'm concerned about other materials in our home and hoping that they will also not be of inferior quality.Adair Homes Inc

We are appreciative to the customer for taking the time to provide feedback - we are familiar with this customers flooring concerns and are empathetic to their frustrations. After a review of the customers feedback, it was discovered that the damage to the flooring was caused by the movement of a refrigerator or other large equipment into the home, (which is also used an an Air Bnb). The flooring material installed in the home is manufactured by a reputable flooring brand, whose specs and quality are designed to meet the demands of normal wear and tear. The flooring installed was delivered to the customer free of defects or damage at the time of closing. With that, the customers reported damage to the the flooring, does in fact fall outside the scope and parameters of the warranty on their home.
We have provided the customer with contact information for a flooring installer, should they wish to utilize their services for a repair, and we are happy to provide the customer with specifications and material information from the manufacturer, should the customer wish to have that information. They are free to contact us directly to request this information at anytime!

These guys are amazing. We lost everything in the Beachie Creek Fire. My Mother-in-law lost more. It was her home, her property. When we found out she was given this gift, we all were overwhelmed. The Adair homes team kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. They answered our questions no matter what was asked. They went above and beyond on situations that came up and were always respectful, understanding, and resourceful. Thank you to all that were involved in front and behind the scenes. We are still amazed at what we have. My Mother-in-law is still still in awe when we come down the driveway. I will refer Adair Homes to anyone. We love our new home. 5 starsI don't even know where to start. Adair homes has given to my family the American Dream. When my mom lost everything (home and all physical memories from our childhood and hers and my fathers - who we lost earlier to that) in the wild fire, our hearts were broke. We had no idea how to help her rebuild all that was lost. Adair stepped up and gave her a safe haven. Built her a home that she can feel safe in for her remaining years, and then it will be passed down to other family members. I can not express the comfort that gives me knowing she has a place to lay her head. When we found out Adair was building her home, they were so easy to work with. They explained each procedure as we got there and gave their professional advice. I live in **** so I couldn't be there to help her. Adair kept me informed on their progress and that gave me peace. We love our Adair Home so much! Big thank you to our construction superintendent, ***! He was awesome! Great communicator and problem solver. Helped us in more ways than I can count and was very interested in making sure we were completely happy with our custom home. Building a house is not for the faint of heart, especially in a pandemic with supply chain issues. Speaking of supply chain issues, a big thank you to ******* in sales who helped us from the beginning and jumped in as needed to help us navigate supply chain issues and availability issues in the market. He really bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and went above and beyond to make things right for us. Much appreciated. Thank you to the entire Adair Team! We love our home!Adair Homes Inc
