    Thorough !! I had no doubt of the integrity and the quality of my inspection. Helped us out so much with the details of the house inspection and everything we were looking at.

    One of those 'if I could give no stars I would' situations.******************* did our home inspection August *********************************** flat out did not alert us to some dangerous conditions. We only found out during roof replacement consultations with other contractors.Here's some of the stuff excluded from the report:* considerable mold growing in the attic, even some in the pictures he provided in his report * there is an active leak in the roof * kitchen and bathroom vents empty into the attic, unlike what he claimed * intake and exhaust roof ventilation is not adequate * roof sheathing is not comprised of plywood as he claimed Couple things to note, something we didn't check beforehand:Business Status: ADMINISTRATIVELY DISSOLVED Expiration Date:08/31/2020 Inactive Date:01/03/2021 From ccfs.******.gov/#/AdvancI am beyond ****** and wish I knew then what I do now. I hope this helps somebody.
