      I made an online reservation using the hotels website, specifically reserving a king room with sofa. After check-in I found I had been given a different room with two queen **** and no sofa or chair. I returned to the front desk and was told that the room I had reserved was unavailable, nor would the hotel refund payment. Had I been given the option to accept or decline at check in I would have declined, but instead nothing was said and only after getting to the room did I discover it was not what I had reserved. quite literally a breach of contract. Trying to contact the hotel's General Manager over the course of my ************ was nothing but an exercise in futility--as was my contacting the customer support by phone, as the ********************** manager nor customer support ever replied. I've contacted customer service via email several times only to be told to contact the manager, which as I said is never available. This is ridiculous. The hotel clearly breached a formal contract, was deceptive, accepted payment for a product that was unavailable, then refused to refund my payment. This may seem as though it's a small matter but please understand, I suffer from degenerative joint disease of both hips as well as a back condition that makes a ************ without a place to sit (other than the edge of a bed) a painful exercise that was completely unnecessary.

      We booked on Dec 14 th for 1 month and everything was great for the first 3 weeks ,we extended are stay on Jan 14 th and since have had numerous issues w our stay. We noticed are bill kept getting higher and higher . Including late charges we were never told about in the amount of $10 so far it's $90 as well as linen charges of $14 per week for linen charges when we do our own laundry. We also were 1 day behind told him my bf would pay at 8 pm when he got off work and he locked me out of our room w My dog and I told the manager my key wasn't working he said he would be up in a few min to let me in the room I paid for .. I waited ************************* the hall way and when he finally came up all I got was a quick sorry about the wait . Then a few days later woke up at 7 am to let my dog out to find a strange man in the hallway in the room next to ours w a bunch of stuff talking really loud on speaker phone he claimed he was waiting for the office to open so that he could get a key , ******* because how did he know what room or even get into the building ???? He was extremely LOUD ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT.. BREAKING STUFF, LOUD MUSIC .. CALLED the emergency # to get someone up her but no answer. The next few days he was moving furniture , screaming , scratching the walls since we were unable to sleep called again, no answer the next day same thing so we called again and finally someone answered and said they would take care of it .. noone ever came up and the noise continued the next morning when I went down to pay for my room, the man had furniture and bags of garbage in the hallway so I complained they did come up .. and it was nothing but screaming *************** for several hours I asked to talk to th ** .. they did kick him out but took 4 hours and 3 days of not sleeping . We went down today to complain to the ** who gave us a apology, an apology doesn't make up for the 3 nights we lost sleep and the day my bf missed from wrk cuz of lack of sleep!!! I'm FURIOUS!!!!!
