    Really terrible company. They have terrible communication, have literally just showed up to our rental with 5 minutes warning, my roommate was in the shower and unaware. They are super unprofessional. Their workers are unprofessional. Not only have the showed up basically with no notice, which is illegal, but when they have come to fix anything they do a terrible patch job and we fix it ourselves anyway, with our own funds. On top of that, their rent portal and process is terrible. If there are any issues at all you have to drop off a cashier check in person. I have proved to them that funds are available in multiple accounts and they still can not process online payments. What century do we live in? I wish I could get out of this lease immediately. I have NEVER had issues like this with any other rental agency. please choose any other company if you don't want a headache every month and a well kept up rental without pests.

    We take all tenant feedback seriously, and it's important to address a few points you mentioned.

    Our team follows legal notice requirements for entry, and we document communication thoroughly. If our messaging to you about entry was unclear, we apologize; however, we did give ample notice to enter and fix the issue.

    All maintenance requests are tracked, and completed work is based on the scope reported. If further repairs are needed, it's the tenant's responsibility to notify **** can't correct what we're unaware of. Our job is to work on behalf of the owner, which is at the top of our mind always.

    As for rent payments, when online payments fail due to NSF or banking issues, we follow a clear process that includes certified payment methods to avoid further delays. This is standard practice for many management companies, and the reason for this is so that the owner can receive their payments on time.

    WARNING! Not a trustworthy business! They extort funds from reputable business clients upon false claims. DO NOT USE!! Have paid them over 12 months, cancelled contract, now they are trying to collect monies illegetimally NOT OWED TO THEM! BEWARE of properties W 360 :(
