**** Iniguez Ins Agency *** failed to provide the coverage they sold nor resolution. On the 10th of April, 2022 a large tree fell on the roof of a shed due to a late season snowfall. This collapsed the overhang and damaged the shed roof causing a leak. First, I received an estimate to remove the fallen tree that was paid, minus my $1,000 deductible. I received multiple estimates and submitted them for the repairs. These averaged about $10,000.00. I received correspondence, from a State Farm claims representative, that the estimates that I submitted were not itemized estimates. After requesting revised estimates and submitting them I was told they were not good enough. So State Farm sends their own employee, supposedly an adjuster, to estimate and photograph the damage. His estimate came to under $4000. What State Farm is doing about my claim, goes against everything I've understood about insurance. The coverage I paid for, included $60,600 for other structures. I paid for a $1,000 deductible as well. State Farm is denying to pay what they owe. State Farm claims this is because the estimates I received listed materials different than what currently exists on the structure. Who am I to know about building methods and materials? Early in March of 2023 a State Farm Manager, **** explained that ******* was a preferred provider for State Farm. I contacted *******, received an estimate from them and submitted it. The estimate I received from ******* was rejected for all the same reasons the others were. I have received many estimates from contractors, but the only one State Farm accepted was provided by their own employee. Not at all like a good neighbor!!State Farm needs to pay the balance of the repair cost of the shed and tree removal. Cost for tree removal: $1,409.20. Cost for shed repair: $7,282.97. Total: $8,692.17. I paid my deductible: $1,000.00. State Farm paid: $4,042.54. Total: $5,042.54. The balance remaining: $3,649.63 is owed to me by State Farm.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. On behalf of Jose Iniguez Insurance Agency, **** I would like to extend our sincere apology for any inconvenience or frustration that this claims process has caused you.

We understand your concern regarding the claim payout not being sufficient to cover the damages incurred to your shed and the tree removal due to the late season snowfall. We would like to assure you that we have made every effort to assist you with this process and have been in contact with State Farm to try to expedite the claim decision. Unfortunately, as an insurance agency, we do not have control over the final decision of the claim payout and must comply with the assessment conducted by the State Farm Adjuster.

Having said that, we would like to express our deep compassion towards the challenging situation you have been subjected to. At Jose Iniguez Insurance Agency Inc, we value our clients and strive to provide them with exceptional service, support, and guidance, especially in times like these when they need it the most.

We appreciate your patience throughout this process, and we look forward to the opportunity to continue providing you with the personalized and exceptional service we are known for.

    Sincerely,

    **** Iniguez

I am rejecting this response because:
I purchased and paid for a policy that had a $1000 deductible. I cannot be blamed that the market could
not fix my property for what State Farm believed it should. That is not my problem, I paid my $1000
deductible. State Farm is responsible for the balance, and therefore, **** Iniguez Ins. Agency **** as seller and
agent is responsible as well. Cost for tree removal: $1,409.20
    Cost for shed repair: $7,282.97
    Total: $8,692.17
    I paid my deductible: $1,000.00
    State Farm paid: $4763.13
    Total: $5,763.13
    The balance remaining: $2929.04
    Sincerely,
