    This company hosts my website in my emails and All of my sights and emails have been down since July 26. I have called numerous times and message them numerous times with no one fixing the problem or returning any calls...

    I am rejecting this response because: The statement back from *********** Is only partially true that we've been a loyal customer since 2013. We pay the yearly bill in October and currently we are still supposed to be active but for some reason they shut down our dns service two weeks ago and we were without a website and an email while we tried to figure all this out, this is just completely unacceptable. I did call your customer service before during and after service hours and the answering service would run through the messages three times and then state that there's no one to help me and to leave a message which we did at least a dozen times. I also sent so many messages through your support center that I thought I was going to get a notice from the police for harassment. No one ever contacted me back but I am surprised how fast you answered the better business bureau back. I assumed that you were out of business because of no one replying back so we made arrangements with a new trustworthy company and now we are demanding a refund and an apology for your poor service.
