      After years of service outages, the latest one made me finally switch providers. I went without service for over a week, a situation which could have cost me my job, let alone being "just" inconvenient. Slow service, too many times waiting for buffering, rate increases and the same c*** service... I'm done. Trying to cancel with them is a nightmare by the way. They are charging me for the full month and claim they need 30 day notice to cancel service. I cancelled with them October 2nd and am STILL trying to cancel. I have sent 7 different emails that very clearly stated to please cancel my service...and they are still at it nearly 30 days later. Do NOT use this company, they are awful.

      The service provided was okay though the occasional multi-day outage seems to be par for the course. I experienced those twice in around 4 years of service. Both times it felt like I needed to remind them repeatedly that service was out for me in order to get them to do anything. When I finally went to cancel I was given the run around by a sales rep and then was told weeks later that I needed to send a formal cancellation request to a specific email. Even after receiving a cancelation processed message, I continued to be billed without any explanation provided. I'm still dealing with these assholes. I wish I could say that they were a nice alternative to Comcast etc., but I think since being acquired by WiLine they have just become predatory. I recommend avoiding using them as a service provider.

      After 6 years of great service they started to raise my rates. It seemed like they didn't inform me but actually they put a notice on my monthly invoice, which is paid automatically. They give notice a month ahead and they also want notice of cancellation a month ahead, they will not refund money you have already paid for service.After two rate hikes in 6 months I had to leave. I find this practice predatory and I cannot support it. I went with them because they were a good company but now that they've been bought out they are garbage.
