    Called MV for the first time June 14 2025. Owner answered and said he was driving and asked that I text him. I texted him a few minutes later asking for an estimate for xeriscape landscape and asking for days and times hes available. 27 hours later on June 15th I had not received a response. So I again texted the owner on June ********************************************************************** an estimate. He called me and said he could be at my house on June 16. On June 16 he came to my house to assess and measure my lawns. Before he left he asked me to text him my email address so he could send me his drawings and estimate. I texted him my email later in the day on June 16. On June 23 the owner texted me to let me know he was still working on my project. That was the last time I heard from him. If the owner of this business doesnt want to do business with me I have no problem with that. But whats the point in telling me he will get back to me with an estimate, but instead of doing that he just disappears? And how is it that an accredited Better Business Bureau member is able to conduct business like this?
