    The initial payment of $6,500 was made 10/10/2022 with an oral agreement my landscaping project would be put on his calendar in February. I had not received any communication from him until I tried contacting him via two different phone numbers, neither of which were in working order. I finally was able to contact him my his email. He presented me with a written contract, good for 30 days, to my via email, May 8, 2023. This was to perform various improvements and repairs for landscaping the property ar my permanent residence at *********************************** *********, **. The contract ended after 30 days and stipulated if no work was started then the contract could be renegotiated. I explained to ****, because of the delays, several suspicious requests to pay him personally for $8,000 and all future pmts he requested increments of $4,000 checks to him personally instead of his business which was done with the initial $6,500. I have repeatedly asked him to refund me the $14,500 plus another $500 for a raised bed to be built and delivered which was never done. Total, $15,000 I want refunded. He said, "I'll get back to you" and that is the only correspondence *** received from him since June 7th when I told him his nonexistent communication and not doing any of the work in a reasonable amount of time, I am no longer able to trust him to do the work I trusted him to have completed. I am requesting a mediator to resolve this unfortunate situation asap. Thanks, Art. *********************
