    Faithful fence was hired to put in motors to operate our gates. We have been working with the owner and the contractor for over two years to get them operating properly to no avail. We have documentation to prove all communication by email and text messaging. We also have made numerous phone calls. At this point, we still dont have operating motors for our gates working properly. We have had a subcontractor come out to advise us. He has stated the motors and some of the parts were installed improperly we would like for the owner of Faithful fence to order the correct parts and pay this subcontractor to get the motors operating correctly.

    Repair was done just over 2 years ago. Their business plan was to obviously just throw parts at it until is begins working. (At that point we were stuck) Now.....just over 2 years later...same thing....Co. came out and said the part they replaced has gone bad again??? What !! I suggested they replace the part and then THEY go after Lift Master for reimbursement. After my suggestion...they have not been back, nor have they called or text. Very disappointed.Just for the record....Not a good business to deal with......obviously won't stand behind their work.

    The concern mentioned by the BBB was "Were the repairs covered under warranty?

    At the original time of repair, all we got was a receipt for the work, there was no mention verbally or written of any such warranty.

    This is my main concern !  When I asked the technician if there was any warrantee or the ability for the company to stand behind this (or part of it)

    I never heard back. The technician stated he would ask the owner (***) .....I never heard back. I text *** with a very specific question about this and he has never returned my text or call.

    The attached letter is the correspondence I sent to Faithful fence regarding this, since they won't return calls or texts.

    Update......

    Faithful fence contacted me yesterday and said they had a check for me that was delivered to our house by his technician.

    While I certainly appreciate it, I still have not heard form the owner '***'.

    I appreciate the BBB's follow through on this (I am sorry it had to come to this) but unfortunately

    the reviews on his company show similar tendencies from the owner.

    Interesting you should highlight "Older that 12 months old" that was just a reference to the first time it was worked on, and this complaint was just in

    the past few weeks !  That let me know you folks are not taking the time to read the complaints as you should be. (Thank you for that)

    Also.....if you will bother to look at the record on this case, I have already sent an update informing you that Faithful fence agreed with me

    by sending me a check for the amount I felt I was owed.

    My complaint "DOES" absolutely fall with in your guidelines if someone would take the time to read it.

    Please close this case as it had been resolved (With no help from you).
