    I bought a brand new Speed Queen washer and dryer. They delivered a defective washer. They refuse to replace or repair it. Say it's now a manufacturer's problem, not ********* advice, do NOT buy anything from them. They don't stand behind what they sell.

    I had them replace a gasket on my ******* washer. The repairman was angry because I insisted that I watch while he worked. He angrily tossed all the screws he took out onto the floor. Then I saw him try to hide the fact that there were two screws left over when he finished. Now, EVERY load stops halfway through the cycle with an error message that says the load is unbalanced. One, I can understand, but EVERY load? I believe he purposely sabotaged my machine. I called them, and they refused to accept the fault and are charging me to come out and see what the problem is. This is a strong warning to NOT USE THEM. They are not honest and do not respect customer rights.
