    I purchased a list verification service from NeverBounce on [date of purchase] and paid in full at the time of the transaction. It has been one week, and I have not received my verified list as promised. My attempts to contact their support team have been entirely ignored; Ive reached out multiple times via email and ******** messages but have yet to receive any response or update.On Oct 25, 2024, I paid for NeverBounces list verification service and expected to receive my list back within their standard processing timeframe. However, as of today, November 1, 2024, I have not received any deliverables, nor have I been contacted by their team with any explanation or updates. After I uploaded my list, it appeared to be running as the cleaning process, but then after it was finished, they claimed that it was going to quality, then stayed in this "job started" status, and I had ZERO access to get my cleaned list (see screenshot).Over the past week, Ive sent countless emails to their support team and attempted to reach them via LinkedIn, hoping for a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, my messages have gone unanswered, and I feel completely disregarded as a paying customer. Due to this lack of service and communication, I am now forced to consider filing a dispute with my credit card provider to reclaim my payment.

    This company handles advertising e-mails for companies.In the e-mail they have an unsubscribe button. Upon clicking the link and then clicking to be removed from all e-mail lists, it unsubscribes you from one list and adds you to another. Everyday you get a new spam e-mail and go through the same procedure. The unsubscribe button is exactly the same and I was able to trace it back to Neverbounce, LLC. I e-mailed support to have them remove me from all their client lists and they are unable to do that because I do not have an account with them. .
