    We purchased our Mohawk Flooring through *** Carpet Sales in ***************, ********** and contracted with *** Hardwoods for the installation. Installation began on October 2, 2023 and commenced on or about November 3, 2023. Later in the month of November I noticed a separation or gap in the end of one of the boards. At the time I wondered if the installer had not tapped the board enough to seat properly, but as the weeks went by more gaps formed, the latest formed during the week of February 5 through the 9th. I have taken and shared photo's and related the floor issues either by calling and/or in writing to *************************** of *** Carpet Sales, ************************ ***************** Area Representative for TM ******/************************* and ***************** of *** Hardwood Floors. Throughout this process ***************** and their area rep have been non-responsive. ***************** has responded by taking a look at the situation, taking additional pictures and proposing a solution. The solution being proposed drastically effects the appearance of our floor and we'll expect to be compensated. To date and to my knowledge our warranty claim is being ignored by *****************. The latest information from the area **** ************************ is Mohawk is requesting more pictures, which I have provided and still, no action. It is hereby my request that all money's spent on this flooring replacement be refunded and ***************** be held accountable for not honoring their warranty. I will withdraw this complaint if the appropriate repair is conducted and I receive, in writing, an extended warranty as my faith in the quality of this company's product no longer exists.
