      My business signed up with Blue Hawk payments for credit card processing and was told it would integrate with our Powersports software which the shop runs off of. This software takes care of all of our inventory, ordering, repair orders, customer database, and so on. So it is very important it works with that. They sent me the equipment and turns out it is not compatible at all. Ive reached out to multiple people over and over with return emails and calls like we will look into it and get back to you. Now Im getting no replys at my attempts to get the issue resolved. My account is getting charged monthly for a service I cant use and nobody will help resolve it. I highly recommend no one use Blue Hawk payments and will have to pursue other avenues to stop these transactions.

      This company is a total scam that just trains all their sales reps to take advantage of small businesses and mislead them into thinking that theyre getting a much better deal than they really are. The sales rep for Riverside payments. ***** stopped in every day for a whole week trying to convince me about how I would be saving so much money if I switched over to them After stopping every day and calling me every day whenever I was not at the restaurant she finally convinced me with misinformation and misleading me to think I was getting a better deal. She first started off telling me that I had a $15,000 buyout with my previous point-of-sale system and saying that if I switched over to two Riverside payments that they would take care of that and I would not have to worry about it months later I find out that there was nothing done with the other point-of-sale system. I was still being charge monthly. ***** also never mentioned that there would be any type of lease or contract and come to find out now that I am in a 48 month lease and also that Ive been paying $700 a month to lease equipment and which majority of the equipment she pushed on me and I do not need over the span of 48 months paying $753.76. They want me to pay $36,180 for equipment that is not even worth $5000 since the month of July, I have paid a total of $8284 solely for leasing equipment which they have the lease through two different companies, cascade equipment, and ****** capital and I am very unhappy with all the miss information that I have received. They miss lead you into thinking that you are better switching over. they make you promises that they dont keep and then they put you into a long lease paying all this money into this equipment. . I want out of this lease. I want nothing to do with Riverside payments. From all of the complaints that I have read about them I am not the only one that they have done this to. They need to be shut down because all they do is mislead small businesses.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have repeatedly tried to contact bluehawk payments over the course of the year with no luck then the sales rep gave me the number to river link payments in which they told me that bluehawk was under river view payments. I need this solved as soon as possible.

Our team has confirmed that while signing for services with Blue Hawk Payments, your business was quoted over $7,000 in annual savings including your equipment program. This is also included in the agreement to cover up to $15,335.78 in buyouts with your previous provider. 
      Since a merchant service account is secured like a bank account, ********************** cannot close this on your behalf without you involved. You must contact your previous provider as the signer on that agreement and complete this directly with them. With documentation provided, Blue Hawk Payments will then deposit the termination fees tied to your previous agreements if they fall within the covered buyouts agreed within your Blue Hawk Payments paperwork. 
      The account executive assigned to your account has reached out to your business in October 2023 through January 2024 via call, text and email. These were quality assurance calls in an attempt to contact you on your buyout coverage / breakup call process. It is documented that the Blue Hawk Payments support team left voicemails on your cell phone, sent text messages along with email requests as your business telephone line had a full voice mailbox. 


      Please see your attached quote that lists your equipment program built in with your savings against the 5.64% you paid previously to signing to Blue Hawk Payments.


      Since your request to cancel, our team has continued to reach out to you repeatedly to discuss your concerns over the phone. On June 11th, our management team confirmed with you directly if you wish to proceed with account termination you would remain responsible for the agreement in place and the penalties involved.
