    We have been in business for 30 plus years and this is the worst company we have ever had for our card processing. ****** **** a representive of theirs came into our business claiming how much they could save us on processing fees. The amount they quoted us has never been what we have been charged. I have emailed *. ********* supposedly our go to guy multiple times and not respones. Even went so far as to email customer support, no answer. How is this not a breach in contract, no communication with an explantion.What is really crazy is the fact there are so many names on their paperwork: Riverside Payments, ************************* ********************************, Cascade Equipment Leasing, *************************** and Clover. If I were these other companies I would want to terminate my ties with Riverside Payments.I wish I would have done my homework better before listening to the smooth talking salesman and switched. I found a lot of bad reviews and actulally talked to another business owner who is also going through the same thing as I am.I just want out of our contract, I just don't know how this can be legal what they are doing to businesses. Please beware, don't use this company.

    I dont want to leave this company any stars. They write in their contract they guarantee they will be less than your prior company. Them charging me ******* in 3 weeks time. That is not less than the 1300 I paid my prior company. That guarantee voids their contract, not to mention tomorrow will be 1 month. I have been trying to get out of this contract since week 3. They do not answer.

    Zero stars! I have been trying to work with this company since April of this year. Being a hemp derived dispensary I do not have a lot of options that wouldn't leave me without card payment out of nowhere just for being in my industry. I have been working with ****** *************** **** as well as a few others and over the last month they have essentially stopped responding to my phone calls and emails and even messages being sent to them by their "customer service" department if that's even a real department. I was sent a card reading to serve as a temporary placement until they could get me my actual terminal. I don't think I'll ever get anything else from them. I didn't receive my Friday (sep 20th) batch settlement until Tuesday the 24. I am not missing payments for 3 days out of this week. I am a small business and the sole provider for my family, I cannot afford to lose any money as it's what keeps a roof over our heads. Do not fall for their scam. It really seemed legit compared to all the other obvious scammers out there.

    STOPPP DONT DO IT!They will make you promises and send in the nicest *** that is going to lie right to your face. All these nice reviews you see they have you post the day you signed, because your are all excited because everything sounds so good.I was promised that once I switched my account with them that they would pay off my current lease. Its been 4 months now, and they still haven't paid, leaving me stuck with 2 leases. I've left multiple emails and voicemails and they will not get back to me. Recently my Rep ***** finally called me after a month to ask how things were going, so he had obviously never listened to any of my voicemails or read my emails. I tell him the issue and he says he is going to take care of it, once again, I should add. I just needed to email him some info and he would get right back to me. That was 11 days ago and I have yet to hear back from him. I put a stop payment on them and they use a different account to withdrawal it from, so now on top of the fees I am having to pay for stop payments monthly. Please just don't do it! You do not need this extra stress in your life, running a small business is hard enough, and they are targeting us.

    STAY AWAY!!! They offered me a clover device to replace my already clover device and said it would be given to me. Instead they decided to sign me up for a $35,000 lease. Absolute disgrace of a company and I will be reaching out to the state attorney.

    Scammers! Stay away from them at all costs. They claimed they would give me a rate of 2.06%. My rate ended up being over 12%! When you sign up with Evergreen they give your bank info to Clover, Rivesidepayments, and FDMS. They send extra terminals and claim they're "redundant" b/c they "break all the time" , then when you realize they're scamming you they claim that the "redundant" machines that "break all the time" are worth over $6000 a piece(they claim I owe them $17,000). There is a sales rep named ***** that has been doing the same thing to multiple small businesses in my area. I've been trying to cancel for over 2 months now. It took me less than 1hr to get onboarded with them, and they have direct contact emails/phone #'s for the onboarding team. When it comes time to cancel they have not direct contact info for their cancelation ***** They have to call you. You've been warned, stay away.

    I had cancelled the card service two months ago, but the company still charge me service fee every week, called them but no answer.
