On Sunday March 24th I ordered a large "MeatZZa" pizza using the Domino's website. I chose my campus and entered the Bend building as the delivery location. I paid for the food and reviewed the information and went on with my day. I checked the tracking only to find that the pizza had been sent to ********* which was far from the building I had asked it to be delivered to. I called the Domino's in ********* to try to cancel the order and was left on hold for ***** minutes. I hung up and texted their chat not to see if I could resolve in another way. The bot gathered information and submitted a case to ******'s support. I received a reply about 3 days later stating that they had reached out to the ********* location and asked a representative to contact me. Now two weeks later I haven't received contact from them. I'm simply looking for a refund and had hoped that the process wouldn't get so complicated.

I was charged full price for 10 pizzas ordered. Call center was supposed to apply $8.99 per pizza special and instead I was charged ***** resulting in a $100 over charge. Ive called the business directly and they directed me to the national number which then directed me back to the franchise. I have not been able to speak to anyone that is able to help with the error.
