  STALKING IS FIXATED. OBSESSIVE. UNWANTED. REPEATED. Stalking at The Opal (Apartments).***** ** ******* *** ******** ** *****. Property Manager (PM) C****** expressed how safe the property was before I signed the lease. About one hour after signing, I asked a question regarding the move out cleaning fee. His reply began with, "If you are still here next year." He was in a hurry to return to the office. (My rental payment history is excellent.) A few weeks later, the person next door (named ******), began calling me on the lobby call box & hanging up. I asked to remove my name. Days after, the person next door began knocking/banging on the front door. (I heard them go into their apt. I don't know them.) Then wall banging, wall knocking, floor stomping began. (The front door, walls and floors are super thin.) When I realized this person was following me back & forth behind the kitchen to living room shared wall, I reported this & moved into the bedroom, July 2024. The stalker named ****** stands at every wall to listen to what I'm doing. They go into the hallway to stand at my bathroom wall in the hallway, everytime I use it. They knock, bang, stomp, push their body weight against the walls, push the garbage can toward my bedroom wall. There's a wood bench at the elevator. This person sits on that bench 18+ hrs daily because it's positioned between my bath & bed room. The stalker also sleeps on that bench. (Loitering) When I stand in my bedroom, they stand in the hallway and wait for me to move to follow. January 15, 2025 is day #200 of dealing with this predatory stalker & relentless harasser, every minute of the day. It seems police presence & reviews are controlled here. The PM's replies to my written complaints were disappointing. I had to hire an investigator. This has been an unexpected, unsafe, and surprising experience. It is my hope other tenants are not/will not go through this.

  just here to confirm that the bbb is bought and that's the only possible way this place is rated above a dumpster fire they get one star cause i have to. why chase out the old tennents cause the place is falling apart and then they can blame you. no one for ages to work on units amenity's fixed like the pool they landfilled and lock the area so we don't even get it as well anything. just more office space for them instead of a workout room and godspeed to the child that egged the office . the graffiti in response to actions outside the law to venerable people. and if ****** creeks current dictators find themselves like ******* or *********, she got off to easy. seems to revel in making people both miserable and homeless.
