    Good evening,

I tried replying to the response you forwarded from the business, but was unable to do so.  Therefore, I will reply here.  If I should reply elsewhere, please let me know.

It appears ************** replied with a letter written by the ********** of ******* which has nothing to do with my complaint against him with the BBB.  My original complaint has all of the information needed to prove NW Family Psychology owes me my remaining balance.  I expect to be paid in full.

Additionally, ************** is still being investigated by the Washington State ********** of ************* In fact, I received an email from the investigator on Friday (09/30/22) indicating she is reviewing the additional information I supplied to her back in July 2022.  Per usual, ************** is lying.  ************** exerts power and control to feel empowered.  It is nothing new for ************** to abuse his authority.

I noticed NW Family Psychology has the BBB emblem posted on their website.  This business should be required to remove that emblem, as it is false advertising.

    Respectfully,
    ***********************

This client is not owed any kind of refund.  He has provided an outdated statement of his account.  He actually owes us $312.59.  All of the work on this clients account was in accordance with the agreement signed by him at the time of intake.  We will not be refunding any funds for services provided to the client.

Please refer to ID ********, as I filed a previous complaint which was closed without my input. The business' response was: "This client is not owed any kind of refund. He has provided an outdated statement of his account. He actually owes us $312.59. All of the work on this clients account was in accordance with the agreement signed by him at the time of intake. We will not be refunding any funds for services provided to the client." My response: ****************************************** with NW Family Psychology violated HIPAA laws by providing my banking account information, driver's license information, and social security number without my permission to another client. As a result, I was required to cancel my banking account to avoid fraud. Due to ****************************************** wrongfully providing my personal and confidential information to another client, ****************************************** offered to provide to me a free session. That free session took place on 05/17/22. The billing statement ****************************************** supplied to you indicates I owe $218.75 for a session on 05/17/22; however, as outlined in the email attached from ****************************************** on 05/09/22 shows this session was free of charge. Therefore, the billing statement is inaccurate. Also, NW Family Psychology has never supplied me with this billing statement they provided to you because it was doctored after this complaint. Ultimately, NW Family Psychology still owes me $301.24. NW Family Psychology business website has the BBB logo. I am requesting they be required to remove this logo, as they do not fit the criteria to be identified as a BBB recipient. Thank you, ***********************

We have written off the "free" session in question.  The Client was sent a statement on 4-11-22 with a balance owing of $28.20, then again on 8-5-22 with the balance owing of $93.84, which is now what is still owed.  We still do not owe the client a refund.  This was work done under the scope of the contract signed by the client.

We do not "doctor" our statements, we download them directly out of our billing system.  I've done a screenshot to show the recent charges and balance owed in our billing system as well.

If the client is willing to close this complaint we will write off the rest of the balance owing and close the account with a zero balance instead of sending him to collections.

As of ****************** latest message above, he is again fabricating and purposefully confusing information.  Please refer to my original complaint, as ************** charged me to meet with ************** and her attorney on several occasions.  Of which, according to the court order I am not required to pay.  I have attached that here for convenience.  Therefore, ************** owes me $301.24.

In ****************** last response to the BBB, he disclosed I owed him for my free session and is now retracting that.  This proves ************** is purposefully attempting to confuse and complicate the facts.

According to the attachments ************** has sent over the course of this dispute prove he has doctored evidence.  For example, in ****************** response prior to the one above, he stated I owed hundreds of dollars.  In fact, ************** supplied a doctored statement indicating such.  Later, in ****************** response above, he states I now owe $93.84.  This is drastically different from his response to the one above.

Absolutely not!  I will not close this complaint until I am paid in full.  ************** unrightfully charged me to meet and speak with ************** and her attorney, which is not required by me in the court order supplied in my original complaint.  ************** can threaten to send me to collections, as I will never pay the alleged remaining balance because it is unjust and unethical like the rest of his work ethic.  Multiple people have given ************** negative reviews online over the last couple of decades stating he is dishonest, unethical, hypocritical, and a man who uses religion for gainful purposes.  I will continue advocating for myself and not allow for ************** to threaten me like he does so many.

    Sincerely,
