    Hello,

    You must have us confused with another company with a similar name. My company (Pacific Asset Recovery, ***** Was a repossession company and I closed it's doors when I retired in July, 2021. Again we did repossessions only, not any type of collections. We were only licensed as a collection company in the state of ****** as it is a requirement to do repossessions there. I suggest you further investigate whomever filed a judgement or claim against you to get their correct contact information.

    I have two open accounts on my credit report on the same creditor, I need it to be removed from my credit report its affecting it bad if its not fixed I will take it to court. *** attempted to call and have this resolved and Ive Had no luck in getting in contact with you guys, I need someone to call me asap on this.

    When looking over my credit report i see the original creditor ***************************** on my report, with 2 different creditors and 2 different prices. Panific Asset Recovery and ************************. Pacific Asset Recovery is a duplicate that was added to my report on 2/8/2023 from Kornerstone. I tried reaching out to this creditor but they are not answering. The creditor is stating i opened this on 1/30/2023, i never opened anything this year. I am trying to see if this can be removed from my credit. Thanks, ***************************, ****************************** *************.
