    Called our business asking to speak with the owner. I informed her that we are not interested in anything they are selling. "*****" insisted that she was not trying to sell anything, and that she only wanted to schedule an appointment because they were going to be in the area and wanted to discuss their business. So I asked "*****" why they wanted to schedule an appointment to discuss their business if they aren't selling anything. She got angry, said a few saucy words and hung up on me. I thought it was a valid question.

    6 phone calls within a couple hours trying to sell to me. Completely un solicited. What an absolute joke of a company. You'd think after the first rejected they would put me on a do not call. You could have left me a voice mail, instead you continue to call, even after I answer and tell them I don't want anything. I can't believe people still do telemarketing like this.

    I have the pleasure of working with this company ! And the honest truth is they are very up front about all terms and anything going on with the systems ! Also they lead the industry with a 5 year parts and labor warranty ! And you can call anytime of the day and you get service as quick as possible, these guys are amazing and want everyone to stay up and running 100 percent of the time ! If you have questions they will answer ! Also you get a live operator during regular business hours every time you call ! Cant remember the last time I dealt with that

    I love my system. Ive waited a couple years to leave a review and I have to say, its never failed on me, and the technician was amazing when setting everything up initially.I had a couple issues with not being able to see recordings and a false alarm was reported, but it was an issue that I called in and they immediately helped me with and they were about 8 months apart. Service, is there. And I feel like they have my back. ****** was a pleasure to talk to and he helped me out. Definitely going to be referring people to them if they need any kind of security products. Nothing else to say. If theyre willing to fix your issues, they have great reliable products, what is there to complain about? 5 stars. All day.

    Great company. Friendly sales guy. Was not pushy at all. Explained the contract to me. Made it very easy to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs security. Great Job Guys!!
