    I took a vintage 1952 New Home sewing machine to them for electrical repair in July of 2021. I have been waiting for parts and repair since then. Particularly since the beginning of 2025, there has been zero communication. All I want is my machine and if they have it, the electrical part. If not, I'm good.

    I dropped off my longarm machine for service in mid November. I was told I would get a call about the issue and the repair price in a week. There was no call. I called the business and talked to ***. He said he was waiting for parts and it was the holidays. I called again in the beginning of December and got a recording that they are closed for an illness. I called again and the phone is no longer in service. There is no way of contacting anyone at the shop and I am unable to get my machine back.

    I brought in three sewing machines for consignment 10/20/2022 after my wife died. I have tried calling. The phone is now not in service. No new phone is offered and the new address is at 12004 NE 95th St suite 860 in Vancouver, Washington 98682. I would like to contact this business or have them contact me. They have my phone number and pickup the three sewing machines along with three sewing tables that I left, One is of solid oak I made for my wife. I would like to have a date that I can just pick up my machines and tables and be done with it.

    I took my working sewing machine to this shop to be serviced. It is a high end sewing/embroidery machine. The machine was working when I took it to him, these machines need service periodically as they are computers. I took the machine during Christmas and picked it up a few days later, he said it was serviced. I got the machine home and found that it doesn't work at all. I took it back to him and to date he still has the machine and refuses to answer his phones to tell me what the problem is. I reached him twice today and was put on hold and he never came back to the phone, then he stopped answering the phone. I have called about 20 or 30 times today and either the phone is busy, the answering machine comes on or the call doesn't go through.

    This issue has been resolved and I wish to withdraw my complaint.  Not only did they resolve the issue they stepped up 1000% and I would use them again.
