    The whole process from the beginning TRYING to book online has been just rediculous! For my anniversary/valentines day I booked and paid for a couples massage a month in advance. The original booking I made online was for my husband and I at 10am but then we had to go in because you cant actually book a couples massage online it just makes it 2 different bookings. They changed it to 2pm we asked about the details of the services we got and the lady wasnt able to really explaine any details of what services we were getting for almost $400. The day of appointment it was canceled because one of the workers couldn't make it in. When I asked about a refund she tried to say i did not pay but of course eventually she found where said I did! So then she said the lady that could issue it was gone on vacation for a week or 2! My response was well the business still needs to run so make a call please she said she would try to figure it out and to call her back. I gave it a couple hours called back and ****** answered and told me she WILL NOT be dealing with my $390 refund today and hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and every time they just sent me to voicemail. It has been a s*** show since the start and has completely ruined the special day it has almost been a week and I have not gotten an email text phone call or refund
