      Dear Rebound Orthopedics Management,I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the level of service provided by Rebound Orthopedics. My recent experience with your facility was nothing short of frustrating and disheartening, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.Firstly, I must address the lackluster performance of your **************************** As a patient seeking rehabilitation and recovery, I expected competent care and guidance from trained professionals. However, the PT department at Rebound Orthopedics fell far short of this expectation. The therapists seemed disinterested and inattentive, providing generic exercises without considering my specific needs or progress. Their lack of engagement and expertise made me question the quality of care I was receiving.Furthermore, my interactions with the billing department only added to my disillusionment. I was appalled by their attempt to tack on additional charges, seemingly without justification or transparency. It was evident that maximizing profits took precedence over providing fair and honest service to patients. Such practices not only erode trust but also highlight a fundamental disregard for ethical standards.Overall, my experience with Rebound Orthopedics was deeply unsatisfactory, and I strongly advise against seeking treatment or services from your facility.
