    lot side is 10.5 feet wide and 35 feet long unit number; RV 46 they have is on the web side is 12.0x 40.0 and in the Office is 12x40 which is not about approximate size on the card in the office if the side of the lot are the right side then you will have 2 feet on each side to open the door and not have the room to open the door or have to pull the trailer out of the space to not hit the trailer in the next space or back in the space

    The following is the response to the to the customer statement of the problem that was filed against the worksite residing at **********************************************************************.

    Company policy dictates that all sizes are approximate, this is communicated at the time of move in when new tenants review the rental lease agreement. As stated on the lease, item 31 states: Space Size Approximate: Space sizes are approximate and for comparison purposes only. Spaces may be smaller than indicated in advertising or other size indicators. Additionally, policy dictates that facility managers show potential tenants the ************* before rental to ensure the space is satisfactory and fits the tenants needs. RV46 dimensions are listed at 12x40 and was measured at 10.5x39. To further reduce any confusion, we have audited all facility documents on display in the office to ensure the word approximate is present.
