    In October of 2021 my ex wife and I enrolled our son ****** in Kumon for Math, reading and writing tutoring. We were told that my sons learning disabilities would be helped by his enrollment in this program. After 8 months of our son using this program its become apparent that this particular program is not helpful in assisting with his dyslexia. ********************** claims that this program is a one size fits all program is false and we wanted to remove him from this program to find one that actually helps with his phonetic alphabet. There is no option for a refund of the first and last month's deposit that we paid even if the program is not working. We are demanding a refund of our last month's deposit and wish to no longer continue his services. He has refused and says that ****** can continue to use the program through June. We do not want to continue.

    Hello,

    On May 17 ****** called me and mentioned that they would like to end Kumon enrollment.  He was very appreciative about our service and his son's math was improved.  He said that ending Kumon was more to do with his son's motivation issue.

    I asked him to email me for his intention to end Kumon enrollment.  I have attached his email that I requested him to do so when he called me on May 17.  I have also attached the contract and application signed by *****.  ***** said that she was going to

    hand a copy of it to ****** after she signed.  They were happy with our service. That is why they continued with us for a while.
