    Business cannot be found or contacted after I purchased a yearly HVAC cleaning for 10 years. They came twice but after 2020 could not be found. Scam or went out of business without warning.

    I signed up for an Annual VIP Service on a 10-year contract in March 2016. My original invoice totaled $1557. They performed a prepaid service once in May 2018. After that I tried multiple times to contact them for our prepaid annual services. At first, they would not answer my calls. Now their phone is no longer in service. I haven't been able to find any information to contact the company.When I purchased the 10-year service contract, they seemed like a legitimate company. The only reason we agreed to the 10-year contract is because it would save money in the long run. I really wish there was a way to get the service we paid for, or get our money returned. We are Senior Citizens on a very low fixed income. I don't understand why some people think it's okay to scam others out of their money.
