    At 8:28pm on 11/26/2023 I reported to Columbia River Veterinary Specialist (CRVS), per the direction of our Primary Veterinary Provider, to seek emergency care for our Labrador in labor. ******************** provided exam, ultrasound, and x-ray results at 8:48pm. Results: Emergency C-section required to remove three to four puppies because one is blocking the birth canal. Strong heartbeats on all puppies. ******************** received my verbal consent for surgery, states she's calling the surgery team, and told me it could take thirty (30) mins for their arrival. The procedure would take one (1) to two (2) hours. By 9:08pm, consent signed and a payment of $8,029.00 made by me. ***** escorted to surgery around 10:15pm. At 1:58am a surgeon informed me six puppies were in the uterus, none survived. ***** was in recovery. Records indicate *****'s procedure started at 12:34am on 11/27/2023, and took 52 minutes. We did not leave CRVS until 4:30am. On 11/27/2023 I contacted *********************************, ****'s COO. Requested an explanation for the lack of clear and concise communication from the team, and why it took so long for *****'s procedure to be started. ************************ disregarded my questions, and told me this is standard of care. On 11/28/2023 I tried to reach someone above ************************ and requested *****'s records be emailed to me. My attempts to reach someone else were intercepted by ************************. He sent an email stating, "Additional communication around this case is not going to yield any further information and I have instructed my team to cease communication with you". My problem is **** was not forthcoming regarding the timeline for care. They took my money within the first thirty minutes of arrival, but neglected to inform me the procedure would not start for another 3.5 hours. They took away my right to choose between CRVS, or seeking treatment elsewhere, which resulted in the loss of six puppies, then ceasing communication with me when I ask questions and want answers.

    I took my dog the morning of July 3rd around 10am due to wheezing, vomiting, and possibly having something stuck in her throat. I spoke with ********************* & agreed to a treatment plan that included blood work, X-rays, and a sedated oral exam & left ****** I called at 2pm & spoke with the ******** indicated they were waiting on blood work & were about to do X-rays. She noted that they should have everything done in a few hours. I had not heard from the clinic and stopped in at 5:45 to get an update. I was told by a gentleman named ****** that he didnt know what was happening with her and went to check. When he came back, he let me know that ***** had still not been seen. I asked him to please check her out and I would like to take her somewhere else. He immediately became abusive and refused to give me *****s bloodwork, refused to answer any questions about what they had done to ***** and threatened to call the police if I didnt leave. I explained I wouldnt leave without proof of a refund, and he again said he would mail it to me and to get out. When I asked for a manger he said he was the *** and that I was now trespassing. All I wanted was for my dog to be seen and to understand what I had paid for and what the results of the blood work meant. He again refused to explain them to me, refused to tell me if *****s Dr was available or still at the clinic and refused to give me his last name. When they gave me my dog back, she was barely able to walk, and stumbled everywhere. I have no idea what they did to her while they had her for 9 hours. The treatment received by ****** was absolutely abhorrent and he was beyond unprofessional. He refused to refund all of my pre payment, and also refused to explain what he charged me for. When I pushed him for an explanation of the charges and what they had done to ***** he again threaten to have me arrested for trespassing. Truly he used the police as a way to avoid answering for the lack of treatment my dog received.

    i had visited this place thursday june 1st. paid for xray on my dog and waited for radiologist to look over it. in the meantime, we put the dog to sleep. it has been 1 week and every single time i call to have a dr go over what they found on xray, they r always too busy to talk to me. i have every right to those xray results. called again today june 7th and the receeptionist HUNG UP on me. this was around 530 pm, i didnt catch her name but im sure there is a recording of it. that is very unprofessional behaviour , not too mention that i cant get xray results. i would like to be refunded for the xray results
