      ******. Asked if I had insurance and said yes, with $500 deductible. Came and replaced glass and was charged $500, would not tell me what 'out of pocket charge was' which made me call Geico. They stated that there was no further charges on their end... yet, which made me start calling around and found 7 different prices like Speedy, Safelite, Battleground, etc and ALL out of pocket between $350-$400. A 2017 ***** Accord... look it up.Called Lightning and was talked over by ********* secretary and called a liar about prices, said will tell owner. Never called me, then I called owner and he also talked over me stating HIS glass is better than all the other's, like others get theirs's from a junkyard and not by ***** windshield. HA! Also, we give quality service, and took care of me for a 2 day appointment. Guess 'lightening' means more charge. Stated he was charging insurance company $700. Insurance Fraud. Also, said what about 'integrity' and 'honesty', which he said he would get back to me and hung up ... which he did not.If you want to pay top dollar and have c*** customer service... this is your company. Get it in writing from these frauds. Don't trust them. Dime a dozen. ***... reported it back to Geico and BBB and posting this message everywhere.
