    E Street insisted we show proof of insurance, which we had! They denied it and said it wasn't good enough. They took $36 and then refused to allow my son to take his driving test! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

    We provide a service through a contract with **************** ********** of ********** The state requires that each tester provide proof of insurance that includes the vehicle and effective dates. The tester was unable to provide this complete information until 18 minutes after the 20 minute appointment started. If the insurance had been provided at the start of the test, the service would have been provided. The appointment time that was purchased was used locating the evidence of insurance for the vehicle being used. We do everything we can to inform customers of the expectations before the appointment. Our school is privately owned and customers pay for our services to be provided to them.

    My son and his friend showed up at **** pm for a 3 pm driving test. They showed proof of insurance that would have satisfied a police officer if it had been a traffic stop. The driving instructor showed up late, not my son! E Street is full of LIES
