    Agreed with *************************** to do the work on February 18, 2023, and wrote him a check for $400 to pay for the necessary iron for the work. Contacted hm early April to request a completion date and both agreed he would finish by April 12. Called him during the week of April 10 and he did not answer and later the phone was full of messages and would not take any additional messages. I hired someone else on April 13 to complete the job and I request my deposit back, but again no answer.

    I met with *************************** of Walla Walla Ironworks on June 1, 2023 at my home at ******************************* , Walla Walla, ** 99362.
    He paid me the full amount of $400 in cash (20 - Twenties).  I consider this compliant resolved equitably.
