    Last week I called this business to potentially hire them for cleaning services. I ended up filling out information online and received a text message instructing me to send pictures of the interior of the residence and I followed those instructions. I got a generic how can I help response from a ******. I requested a quote and never got one or any other response from him or anyone else. The next day I called the corporate number and explained what happened and that I still hadnt heard from anyone. They assured me someone else would be getting in touch with me. They requested even more personal information which I gave to them. Didnt hear back from anyone so this morning I called their corporate number again and spoke with an ******. I explained to her the above and that I wanted my personal information including the pictures of my residence removed from their databases. She got my name and phone number and was very short with me when I asked why she needed more personal information from me. Then after giving her the spelling of my name and phone number she exclaimed have a nice day! and hung up on me. I called back the number and spoke to a ******** who got my information and said she would be having management return my call. I dont trust that they will do the right thing after this ordeal. Im just a customer trying to hire a company for services and this is ridiculous.

    Additionally, after leaving a message to speak with Management with an explanation of everything that has transpired (management was not available at the time) taken by ******** on Monday morning, it is now Thursday evening and I still have not heard anything from any representative of the Handmaid company.

    Yes, the business responded to me and satisfactorily handled the situation. The owner was nice, apologized, and said she would personally delete my personal and private information from their databases and that she would also investigate the problematic employees that made my experience so terrible. Thank you very much for your help BBB! I was able to get this resolved with your help!! Please note my complaint as satisfactorily resolved. Thank you!

    I had a problem with this business which was brought up with BBB and after the BBB contacted the owner she called me. She explicitly said she would handle my issue and delete all my personal information from her database and also reprimand the several personal that had mistreated me. I thought that was the end of it. I had trust her word that she had done what she said she had done. And I did. However, this morning I get an email from their company. Spam. That email proves that the owner did not do what she said she had done and that she likely still has all my information for her marketing. I also doubt that any reprimands were felt to the bad employees including her troubled answering service since the email is addressed from one of the problematic employees.

    Please take of this and make sure she sends the BBB proof instead of taking her word like I did.
