    They charged my card for the purchase but over 2 months later have not shipped or even have an estimated shipping date. They have only an email to speak with someone and rarely answer. Multiple ****** reviews stating similar problems for other customers. Do not recommend buying from this company.

    If I could leave no stars, I would. I purchased Messy Maw Maw wine duo. No problem ordering, no problem with them charging my credit card. No where on the website or my order or an email after my order saying anything about weather delays. The email I received was telling me that I would receive tracking information. Today is February 29th, still no tracking information. I reached out to the company and their reply was a generic email and at the last paragraph, look for an email the first two weeks of March for tracking. I responded that this was needed as a gift for Saturday, March 2. Since nothing has been shipped could they refund my money. Their response was no, because of weather delays and thats not their policy. I responded back stating that there was no information in regards to this and I would post about this. Their response was that I was bullying them and treating them bad. Bottom line, still no tracking and no product. To me that is poor customer service

    Absolutely horrible customer service! Placed an order in January **** and due to extreme cold my order still has not process. Their email does not respond and their social media only advises to send emails only! Do not order anything online from them!

    I ordered wine to be shipped to ********. When I received an email that my order has been delivered, it was not. I reached out to the company to see if there was an issue with tracking or it was sent to the wrong address. All they sent me was an attachment saying it was delivered but it said it was delivered to somewhere in Washington, not ********. I sent another email and submitted a claim to *** but was unable to find any resolution also did not receive a response back.

    Been a Nocking Point Customer for over 5 years and I love their product. They make great wine, great coffee, and great merch. They offer rad opportunities to members and I even got to go down to their winery in *********** last year, meet the owners, and have an awesome weekend of wine tasting and partying! Ive seen some people say theyve had issues with communication with customer services and I just wanted to say that personally Ive never experienced any issues with them. Ive always gotten my packages and during the pandemic I was struggling monetarily for a few months and they were really helpful in pausing my memberships until I was able to afford it in my budget again. Love Nocking Point and hope to see more positive reviews, they have a lot to offer!

    I bought a bottle of wine from them for a friend. Weeks later, I was informed that due to the huge response, they couldnt meet the demand right away. There was no indication as to when they would be able to fill orders. After a couple more weeks, when it was 2 days before my event, I decided to cancel the order and purchase another gift. The wine still hadnt shipped, so I emailed them to inquire about canceling the order. I emailed them 3 times and for no response. After my third attempt, I receive an email from them saying my wine is on the way. I emailed them again and still no response. The wine arrived today and I tried to call them to complain and ask how to return the wine and/or get a refund and my call wont go through.
