Demetri did my roof, gutters and gutter guards for 23,000$. I was happy with the work so I had him do two other projects. 1st he was going to install a paver path from gate to gate in my back yard for 17,000$ I gave him a deposit of 8500$ Aug 1, 2023. I then agreed to use him to paint my single story home for 4000$ this went wrong and he became hard to deal with so I decided to cancel the paver project and he agreed to refund my 8500$. His crew left tools and trash to never be picked up to this point in time and also never refunded my 8500$. He will not respond to any form of communication. The worse part of this was he was referred by a home service that my mortgage company set me up with so I didn't do adequate research. This guys contractors license in ****** and Washington have been suspended for months and he had previously be fined for doing ****** and giving estimates without a license. He also never provided me with a final receipt for the roof so I an assuming his warranty is garage and him servicing the roof 2x a year for 5 years was a lie.

*****************************, CEO Leafshield Gutter Guards LLC (LGG) came to our home, contract was signed to re-roof and re-gutter Jan/Feb 2022 for $16,000. His website and ****** reviews appeared legitimate. The project was paid for, with a $6,000 check and the balance was financed using his contact finance company. We signed off as completed on 2/9/22, Became aware something was wrong after a heavy rain. LGG contacted on 2/16/22 re: overflowing gutters. His crew came out 2/29/22, made some minor repairs. However, after more rain and a close inspection, not all the gutters were connected to downspouts. After many attempts with photo evidence, phone messages, e-mails and texts, the work remains unfinished, and the owner refuses to so. We have been accused of lying, and he refuses to inspect our home.Since then, I have had professionals out to bid the job of connecting LGG gutters to downspouts. They noticed other problems with the installation of the roofing done by LGG and could not bid connecting the gutters, until the roofing was correctly installed & to code. There is missing starter row, incorrect tile reveals, nailing patterns have compromised the tiles, and more. An independent roofing inspector took a closer look at the roofing done by LGG and he has provided me a report: complete reroof and re-install gutters due to multiple workmanship failures and missing materials. Since then, I have hired a local licensed contractor to do the job for $18,000.LGG advertised as being licensed and bonded in ****** as early as Sept 2020 on his website and ******** page. LGG was not licensed with OR CCB until 6/17/2022. CCB# ****** He has falsely used other endorsements on these sites as well. His WA CCB license # on his contract with us, was used as his **********#. I have filed a complaint with **********, I have received a letter, claim is closed, LGG was not licensed at the time of install. (N0. ******-001)I have filed a complaint with the ****** *** Consumer Complaint #******
