    Purchase may 2022 delivered to palm beach Cost $1,198.00 Purchased from their website. Items (2) Chandeliers came but were visually and physically different from the website picture I ordered from. With difficulty from their end, the two chandeliers were returned. No response for three months. I called three days ago and got this response from them Following up regarding your order with France and Son #****** You can receive a refund less the actual round trip shipping costs (what were billed by our carriers for outbound + return shipping). The actual round-trip shipping costs for this return are $401.40. This would be deducted from your total refund amount, if you choose to move forward with the return your total refund amount would be $796.60. This would be deducted from your total refund amount, and youll receive the remaining amount as a store credit.I disagreeI do not want a credit nor should I pay for the shipping an obvious misrepresentation on their website. I do not want to pay for shipping costs nor have a store credit with a store that continues with the wrong picture on their websiteright up to today !My message to ************************* France and Son ******************************* Dec 10, 2022, 14:19 AST ******************************* here.This is your website where I ordered my two chandeliers from. Please note that the downward bar drops are perfectly straight and NOT ANGLED INWARD as opposed to what I was sent. They aim inward towards each other. I did not order inward drops. I ordered what is still pictured on your site. I have already bought different lighting for these spots. I have done this situation at least twice before with your people and on the phone too. I did not get what I ordered. Please arrange refund. Im not happy nor do I want a store credit.     This complaint is clearly for a different business.  The name doesn't match, nor does the website URL.  We do not provide any sales through any website nor do we offer any services in the *****************.
