    ******, ************************* is the owner of Chief Fitness. He closed his private gym and is using a small area at cross sport to train people in kickboxing and holding some group self-defense classes. After discontinuing my training with him I did a little bit of research and found out that he is not licensed. He let his license at the Secretary of State and the department of licensing lapse. I am unsure how to see if he is bonded, but I would guess he isnt. He is teaching what can be considered a dangerous combative sport without even being licensed. This bothers me deeply as he expects instantaneous payments through cash app but when the client is due a refund, you have to stay on top of it. You basically have to remind him every day and nag him till he finally does it. I cant imagine that the owners of the gym, he is training at know that he is unlicensed. This creates a liability first and foremost for the client, *****, the owner of Chief Fitness, and the two owners of a CrossSport where he is currently training. His old UBI number is 603 484 274. Secretary of state license expired March 31, 2023. His license at the department of licensing also expired in 2023.
