Last year in March (I believe) I paid 600 $ for a full syringe of juvederm injectable filler from services at *** with *********************** the injector dr.. **** was the only option for a filler. I was also receiving botox injections. At the same appointment. ***** explained that she didn't use all the filler and would keep at her office for next time. months later ***** is no longer working there and i made several attempts to make appt before she left EMS and my calls not returned. so I finally get appt in Feb. 2024 . I go to appt and new injector ***** said my filler expired so she threw it away. I asked how much was left and she said at least half the syringe if not more. I said that was over 300 dollars. she agreed.so they only could give me ********************************************** so goes by and i felt ripped off and i called EMS agrees that they were wrong and said they tried to reimburse my debit card but it didn't work so they could give me 100 off my next services. That ***** because it costs 600 + and u must buy full syringe. On May 2nd i went to *** and told her the area I wanted with botox. during the procedure with ************ felt the product squirt on my hand that was supposed to be going into my skin and I said i felt that squirt and she put the same needle near same spot and i felt it squirt all over my hand again. Wow is that normal? and at my expense> Yep she charged me for 26 units. Who knows how many other injections squirted out unnoticed: due to my eyes being closed during painful procedure. Well i cant even tell she did anything. no swelling no bruising no change at all I took before and after photo,,No change. So she definitely charged me for more than she injected. My hand got more than my face.I still paid for all 26 units minus a hundred dollars. II don't even think it was botox. Her knowing i was there for a freebie (far from it) . I feel like EMS owes me 300$ and for the botox that didn't make it to my face as desired and i don't want it in return for more services.

We would like to share a few additional facts related to ***************************** experience with Elite Med Spa.
    (1) Elite Med Spa LLC is no longer an operating entity as it was purchased by Calypso II LLC 2/1/2024. Calypso II LLC partners with CAMP Medical WA PLLC, which manages all of the clinical staff, processes, and procedures.
    (2) *********************** was the former owner and clinician. She had her own policies and procedures.
    (3) When Elite Med Spa was purchased from *********************** on 2/1/2024, our Medical Director, who is a medical doctor, established clinical policies and procedures which prioritize clinical quality & safety
    (4) One of our clinical policies is to dispose of open dermal filler syringes within 4 weeks, as this is what is recommended by suppliers to mitigate risk of contamination and infection
    (5) ************************* wanted our staff to use filler which was open for 574 days (1.5 years). The filler was purchased and opened 8/12/22 for $360 and Faith wanted us to reuse this open product on 3/8/2024. Our staff followed the appropriate policy to NOT use this old product due to the risk of contamination.
    (6) ************************* later purchased Botox on 4/28/23 for $300. This purchase and the dermal filler purchase on 8/12/22 were made with a separate legal entity and owner (Elite Med Spa LLC, ***********************)
    (7) Since then, ************************* purchased Botox on 3/8/2024 for $630.46 and again on 5/4/2024 for $229.47. Both of these purchases were made with our new legal entity and owner (Calypso II LLC, *****************)
    (8) Before her services with Elite Med Spa LLC and CAMP Medical WA PLLC, Faith signed 3 separate consent forms. One Botox consent form and one filler consent form with Elite Med Spa LLC and one Botox consent form with Camp Medical WA PLLC.
    (9) For the services which ************************* is requesting refunds, she signed a Botulinum Toxin consent form with CAMP Medical WA which explained that sometimes the injection does not work as satisfactorily or for as long as usual and I understand that several sessions may be needed to complete the injection series. and I understand that there is a separate charge for any subsequent treatment. among other affirmations.
    (10) For all of these reasons, we maintain that our staff followed clinically appropriate guidelines and Faith was aware of the potential risks and unsatisfactory results of the elective services she purchased. Per our policies, which we believe uphold clinical quality, safety, and transparency, Faith is not eligible for a refund.
