    I had an amazing experience staying at the River Run Inn for a recent visit to ********. My service animal and I spent two nights at this inn, and while the staff were working remotely, all of our exchanges through text and email were pleasant. After departing, the Inn demanded a pet fee despite me offering to share my service animal's documentation and a letter from my doctor. The company has since attempted to charge various fees to my card weeks after my visit without my authorization, and each amount has increased without explanation or associated bill.My original charge of ****** was the cost of my room for two nights and was paid in full during my stay. However, the additional charge of ****** a month later has not been explained.I have asked for a reversal of this $****** fee from my bank, but if it is not able to be reversed I would like a refund. While I would prefer to work through this issue without legal proceedings, I am prepared to go to small claims court if BBB is unable to help. Thanks for your efforts to help me.

    They did not stay at our property and we were told the credit card has been stolen by expedia
