I paid $1,892.24 for paint protective film (PPF) installation on my 2024 Tesla Model 3. This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Here's the timeline of problems:May 13, 2024: PPF installed May 19, 2024: Film peeling in multiple locations (just 6 days later!)May 21, 2024: APC "fixed" by laying down peeling spots (temporary patch job)July 8, 2024: New peeling discovered on both sides (48 days after the last "fixing")July 11, 2024: Additional peeling found on hood APC's Own Admissions:On July 9, 2024, ***** from APC emailed stating: "the adhesive on that particular batch of film may have been defective" and "Ceramic Pro recently changed their adhesive in their PPF to one that is less prone to having issues tacking in place." He promised to "make this right" but never followed through.******* Auto Detail inspected my vehicle and concluded: "all areas of film affected would need to be first removed, re-polished if necessary and new PPF applied. It also appears that these areas of concern are due to being mis-installed." Despite the ongoing problems, I offered APC two reasonable options: either complete replacement of the affected front section with new PPF installation, OR a full refund allowing me to seek services elsewhere. They chose neither.Customer Service Failures:- ******* refused to provide warranty policy despite multiple requests - ******* promised to submit a warranty claim to Ceramic Pro and email me when she got a response - she never responded to any of my emails after that - Shifted blame to manufacturer warranty when their own work was clearly defective - Never honored ******* promise to replace defective film APC acknowledged using defective materials, blamed faulty adhesive, promised to fix it, then abandoned their customer. This is not a business that stands behind their work. Save yourself the frustration and thousands of dollars - find a reputable shop that actually honors their commitments.

Avoid APC Auto Spa at All Costs Heres the Full Story We hired APC Auto Spa ******* location) for ceramic coating, paint protection film, and window tinting, and the experience was an absolute disaster. The work was so poorly done that we had to pay another shop over $4,600 to completely remove and redo everything just to fix the damage. The other shop had their entire team inspect the truck and unanimously agreed it was the worst work they had ever seen. Everyone who saw it in person said the same. Since having the work redone by true professionals, **** had zero issues. You can get one inch away and its flawless.APC claims they offered a refund or to reinstall the filmbut what they actually offered was to remove and redo it themselves. After multiple failed attempts and having to bring the truck back again and again, we had no confidence they could fix it and didnt trust them not to make it worse. They also claim the court ruled in their favor. In reality, the case was dismissed because of a buried arbitration clause in their terms and conditionsnot because the work was acceptable. *** kept our money, and we had to pay again to have the job done correctly elsewhere.*******, the owner, was dishonest, rude, and completely unaccountable. She lied in court, twisted the truth at every opportunity, and made a terrible situation worse at every turn. Rather than owning the mistakes, she deflected blame, denied what was obvious, and hid behind fine print to avoid responsibility. They also try to justify their quality with a clause that states the work only needs to look good from six feet away. That is actually written in their terms. If thats the standard they stand behind, it speaks for itself. This was the worst customer experience weve ever had. ********************** delivered unacceptable results, refused to make it right, and kept our money.
