      Excellent service! ****** arrived my home in a timely manner and after a quick evaluation he showed me the price options for the service package. After my approval, ****** did a great job to fix my garage door and also educate me the best practices when Im out of town. Thank you for your service!

      This company came out to fix my garage door and try to upsell me multiple times. Their quote to fix my door was much more than I knew it should be so I told them no thank you Talked to two other companies who said their quote was much higher than it should have been. I just got my door fixed for less than half of what this company quoted me. Be aware that this company will try to upsell you. Make sure you get other quotes if you doubt what they are telling you

      Amazing work by **************** I will definitely get Precision Garage Door Service again for my second garage door.He took time and properly explained how the garage opener works including the operation of the remote controls and availability of mobile.I will definitely give him 10 stars if it is possible.

      I'd call Precision Garage Door Service again if needed, and recommend them to others. DJ was a top flight technician who answered my service call, did the job efficiently and made sure I understood what I needed to do for upkeep. There was no pressure for more visits from him. Do my part oiling the various parts and have maintenance from them again in 5 years. When he was trying to change the dead light bulb in the opener motor, it became obvious that the garage door opener (at least 30 years old and really the wrong motor for my 10 yo door) was in need of replacement. Again, no suggestion from him, just obvious to me. We talked about that and made a date for replacement. 3 days off. That visit went off equally well and now, a couple weeks later I remain very pleased, and relieved. My new safer door is potentially more technologically savvy than I am so he made sure my elderly friends and I could operate the new door just like the old door!

      Technician ************************* demonstrated for me today how to change the batteries in my garage door's wireless keypad opener. No other work was required for my Precision Garage Door today, and the technician's visit was brief. My bill was $0.00. ************ was personable and efficient. He also created a load of good will for his employer during this site visit.
